Shahzad Poonawala attacks Congress

BJP national spokesperson Shahzad Poonawala posted on Instagram and launched a scathing attack on the Congress. “The Bihar Congress has crossed all limits of vulgarity. This party has become abusive rather than Gandhian. Insulting women and the mother power has become the hallmark of the Congress,” he said. Poonawalla alleged that the Congress is not only shameless about the earlier incidents but has now stooped even lower.

“In the case of abusing the Prime Minister’s mother, the Congress has not only not given any explanation but also defended the accused. And now by releasing this video, they have crossed all limits of vulgarity,” he wrote.

Anurag Thakur’s statement

Former union minister & senior BJP leader Anurag Thakur also lashed out at the Congress and the RJD. He called it “shameful and reprehensible.” “The RJD and the Congress have shown how low politics can stoop. Mocking someone’s mother, that too when she is no longer with us, is extremely shameful. The people of Bihar will not forgive such leaders and will give them a befitting reply in the upcoming elections,” Thakur said.
